The Washington, DC office of Arent Fox LLP is seeking a midlevel associate for its corporate practice group. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years' experience drafting substantive agreements involving mergers and acquisitions, private investments (both equity and debt), and joint ventures. Experience coordinating a multi-disciplinary transaction team, including tax, intellectual property, real estate, and benefits is essential. Additional requirements include: strong organizational and writing skills, refined oral communication skills (both telephone and in-person), excellent academic credentials and a desire to excel in a large law firm environment.
