Partners on Diversity
When it comes to diversity, we don’t just talk the talk. To us, diversity is a no-brainer. You don’t only see it in our policy manual. You see it in our people.
Mark M. Katz
“At Arent Fox, we view diversity as an integral part of the firm’s mission of providing first-rate legal counsel and exceptional service. Values of equality and respect are the foundation of our partnership and the building block to promoting diversity throughout the firm.”

“Going back to my first job interview with Arent Fox, I knew this was a firm where anyone with talent, no matter their background, could succeed. Nearly 20 years later, I am happy to say that my initial impression could not have been more accurate and now one of my priorities is to make sure the firm continues to be an inclusive environment where diverse talents can flourish.”
Darrell S. Gay
“Arent Fox embraces different ideas and perspectives. My colleagues know that working with a diverse group of attorneys can help us be better lawyers – and that is why we are all here.”
AF Veterans
At Arent Fox, we respect the efforts of the men and women who serve their country in the military, including our fellow partners and staff who have volunteered during times of war. Our firm reflects the diversity found in the range of clients we counsel and values those at Arent Fox who have served across every branch of the armed forces and become an integral part of our social fabric.

Talk to us.

We reject the conventional wisdom that law firms should be run as corporations, with a top-down, highly centralized management structure. We are a partnership engaged in a collaborative enterprise and driven by an entrepreneurial spirit. If that sounds like you, we’d love to chat.
